This voice chat ban has killed COD. For 1, trash talk has ALWAYS been around.

2, It's rated M for MATURE. Kids shouldn't be on it in the first place. If they do play it, it's because of their parents allowing it. Also the AI should mute kids' mic as soon as their voice is detected. Or ppl can USE THE MUTE BUTTON!

3, SBMM and EOMM has also helped in the downfall of COD.
