I had the same issue last year around Christmas time. I bought the Holiday robe outfit and it has a unique cowboy hat. When I went to craft it, the hat was nowhere to be found. I contacted support, and they let me know that the hat wasn't included. A couple months later the outfit fit was up again for more than I paid for it when it was on sale. No adjustment for the previously owned outfit. Complete scam! It should have been at least noted in the shop in the description what was included or excluded. Also, It would be one thing if they made atoms easier to get. Add more challenges, refresh or reset the old challenges so you can earn them like in the early days of the game. Instead, Atom Shop items and bundles keep going up in price while a lot of quality has gone down.
