Rise of the ronin comes out on pc just days before shadows, so at least on PC there is strong potential for players like me to not want to double dip into shadows if I’m already enjoying rise of the ronin. Rise of the ronin offers game content that will be new to me while shadows offers a reskinned version of the last 3 games and I think I’ve just grown tired of ubisofts copy and paste template for their games. But hey if you have t grown tired of that template more power to you I hope you enjoy shadows and that it is without game breaking bugs.

I agree about hate for clicks. But I don’t agree that the last three games were “great.” Personally a “great” game holds my attention throughout and I not only finish it I want to replay it in new game plus. I’ve only ever gotten half way through the last three games due to growing tired from map herpes and repetitive content that feels like boring filler rather theman necessary to the story/gameplay. To each their own. But I think the biggest issue for shadows now is rise of the ronin coming out within weeks of shadows. Can’t speak for anyone else but I personally am more excited about rise of the ronin in pc than I am to play essentially the same “game” content I’ve already played through countless @sscreed games.
