It could be best for you to start with the first one and play through chronologically at least for the main line games (excluding spin offs)

All games connect for one great story but each title Is incredible standalone.

If their age puts you off I recommend playing Ratchet and Clank (2016) or jumping straight to Rift Apart if you want the full power of the ps5
