Kinda wild not gonna lie, I feel like it prolly won’t stand, especially considering using the words “red” and “legion” stuck together really isn’t that strong of an argument for infringement. Haven’t read this guy’s story tho and prolly never will, interested to see how this suit ends tho. Lol
