Honestly, I fee like updating the romance options to include more male options for Male V could help (not everyone has a thing for ancient Rocker twinks), along-side a few more male centric customization options would be preem. Some how my Male V also has that "skrawny" aesthetic, we could do for some shake ups with body physics. (V in Beast mode)
