Overall the ranking is not bad but it has some mistakes. Especially when we talk about hestia and freya. You See Freya did not only say that she fers Hestia's power but hestia was the only one to be strong enough to withstand Freya's "Illusion" and was the one to break out of it. She is called weak in the world of the humans alot of Times because she doesn't have anything to gain power from.

For example: When the Hermes Family put wood that was soaked in Hestia's blood in every fire place of orario. (She has alot of power in the heavens because she has her Altar there)

Also Ouranous was immune to Freya's power because of his "Altar".
