Dell vs Lenovo: Who Makes the Better Laptop?
From personal experience of 20 years using laptops, Lenovo is most durable. Both HP and Dell laptops we use at work break down faster (in less than 2yrs) while Lenovo has NEVER broken down on me.
I've had 3 lenovo laptops already, all lasted 3+ years. At work we are required to get newer laptops every 3 years even if the current one is still working (to keep our hardware up to date). None of the lenovos I've used broke down. Including my personal laptop IDEAPAD.
My Ideapad is so durable the hardware has gotten obsolete, processor is now too slow for the latest applications. It still runs but its now performing below 25% of what budget laptops nowadays can do.
SUPPORT - my latest Lenovo laptop comes with 3 year PREMIUM Support (technician will visit your home to repair the laptop if it gets broken, parts included).
Once, They even replaced my laptop motherboard with a brand new one (including CPU and GPU). Only for me to find out the issue was the extra RAM i got installed was defective. (I got a free hardware refresh).
PREMIUM support comes with both Personal and work laptops they offer the same home service repair:) other brands in our country doesnt offer this level of service (ASUS, DELL, HP all require you to bring your laptop to a service center).
