One Piece: Oda Already Confirmed Dragon's Devil Fruit Power 26 Years Ago

This is clearly wrong because Dragon does not control winds only but storms, that’s why we see rain follow him not just wind. Please review this.

10 Anime Almost As Iconic as One Piece

The Naruto franchise from Naruto to Shipudeen, is the greatest anime series ever, even before one piece ( and I am a fan of both) meanwhile I did not see Ninja Scroll here, Jubei is arguably the number one samurai anime character of all time.
