I very much disagree with Metaphor. Its more persona slop. Summon every single turn without fail. No reason to do anything else. Skills? More summons. Feats? Nah, summons. Better weapons? Who cares? Just summon

I remember people were hate reviewing this game before it even came out because of the trans character. So I jumped on and defended it. I later unposted that defense. It was such a crap game. The player surge wont last. People will play it for a few hours and never touch it again.

I couldnt disagree more with Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth being on the list. It was a good interactive movie, not a good game. The fights were so mind numbingly easy that you can win 99% of them by just going into punisher mode and spamming attack button (literally you dont have to push a single other button the whole fight and you'll easily win without taking much damage). Hard mode is supposedly great, but you have yo slog through 60 hours of "So Easy You Have To Try Really Hard To Die" mode first

What? Wow. So the gayming awards only cared about it being pro LGBTQ because this game sucked. I support LGBTQ fully and was calling people review bombing it before it came out bigots. But then I played it and the game really does just suck.

Final Fantasy is always a hotly contested topic. Everyone's got favorites and least favorites. For instance you mentioned 6s plot, music and characters were better but I found it so massively overrated its not even worth playing. But then I love 9, which some may hate

Idk why Astarion made this list. I guess cause so many girls like toxicity (and gay guys they cant have lol). His character was pretty much evil though. And his quips weren't funny. They were just obnoxious and, often, insufferable. Even if you work on him throughout the game, the most that can be accomplished is him not screwing over the people he helped abduct. Not exactly redemption

My most satisfying completion was Shadow Hearts. I had it when I was a kid and loved it but never beat it. Its what got me into RPGs. So when I got to finally beat it and even get the good ending, it was really cool.

I simply could not get into Like a Dragon at all. I dont want to role play a modern Japanese gangster. And frankly any list that has persona in it is sus. Those aren't even games, theyre dating sims. The rest I agree with. Xenogears is pretty great as long as you can get through the very boring combat.

Holy cow, do i disagree with most of this list. Chrono Trigger is good! Kingdom Hearts 3 is way too easy to be fun, The World Ends with You is crazily overrated, and Dragon Quest 3 HD 2D remake has about 2 hours of playtime since I bought it (with not a single party character having any dialogue or relevance to the story, it has less than zero charm)

Anyone who's from a previous season will become very weak in hindsight. It's because Dragon Ball operates on the same formula it always has. An enemy shows up. Someone, usually a kai or God, will exclaim "oh goodness! Goku, you have no chance against him! He is 1 billion times stronger than the bad guy last season (that we told you was the most powerful being ever). We've known about him forever but haven't brought him up until right now, even though he's the most infamous and dangerous being in existence!" Then Goku and the boys train for a while, ALMOST make up the power difference but still lose...until a new form! Ssj God ssj infinite god form ssj ssj! This time the hair is even crazier and you know what that means! Crazy power boost that "nobody" saw coming! Goku and friends save the day. Whoo. That was a close one but finally, peace. Until next season when a new enemy shows up. Then Someone, usually a kai or God, will exclaim "oh goodness! Goku, you have no chance against him!
