No that was a guy named Virgil, you can find him in the IMDB credits played by actor Joe Hursley. Leon has never made another appearance or has even been mentioned in any of the other fast and furious movies. The actor that played Leon has stated he would come back but only if there was a good story behind his return. Thats probably why he hasn't come back since he doesn't want to do it just to be another side character.

The Young Avengers will bring a fresh new look to a seasoned series to bring exiting new stories and develop characters that will be enjoyed for years to come! Blah Blah Blah Blah.... Look if they don't build up these characters correctly nobody is going to care. All the new titles that have come out in the last year were not recieved well. People are getting burned out on super hero movies. It's going to take a hell of a lot for people to invest again. Good Luck MCU.

Just because The Raid and The Raid 2 are arguably the best martial arts action movies ever made i would put Iko Uwais on the list. I would also put Scott Adkins on the list because he is probably the most underrated martial arts action star.
