He's talking about healers specifically based off traditional styles as in support classes which is actually how the healer class in oblivion is designed it's actually one of the few classes I never understood why they were included devour health wouldn't be in a standard healers repoetoir of spells as they are based around healing and party support
However u are correct absorb health spells are insanely powerful in game
Dude the healer class has been removed for the most part from the elder scrolls class system for that very reason the ES games are based as u said around the players actions and how they build their character instead of party based the healer was only in oblivion as an optional class because it was traditional for a healer to be in games at the time
Sadly as amazing as stargield is it does get stale after a couple play through u can obviously tell the same passion they had while developing skyrim it's just not their in Stanfield it's a great game don't get me wrong but it's replayability is nearly nonexistent
Never really understood why developers do that it's not them who makes the game great it's ur programmers and designers I believe u should allow them to do what they do best give them a deadline and tell them if u can get the game completed by this time do as u please it's the creators not the developers that make the games amazing
