Fr Waseem @Chuck. I've found the focus attack using a ton of sanity, so I found now after the first boss the best strategy is simply to use the Heavy attack then go for a focus attack and you'll be good for the entire game guaranteed I can already tell. SH2 was similar but once you figured out how to move and react you're golden. Kinda just hoping for some kind of DLC or something or else I'm waiting for another newer Silent hill title to release in the upcoming years cuz this game seemed a tad bit short but I know it's the average gameplay length for a survival horror but yet I always yearn for more haha!
