It's Scopely after all, who are notorious for making apps that are free to play yet you have to pay to play to get anywhere in it. I used to play their Walking Dead Road to Survival game on my phone and spent over $500 in the almost 3 years I played it before I deleted it finally. Every even, the same 5 clans were in the top 5 of the leader board....
