Mandie They said the same to me initially despite the ps5 listing stating clearly the discount exists. After providing screenshots, they admitted it exists. Try logging into the US store and the discount will be shown for you, as long as you previously purchased the ps4 digital version.

I also contacted Warner Brothers game support who wanted receipts for my previous purchases of the game. I told them I have decided not to buy the games a third time after wasting hours of my life on this. They said '  I do understand how important this is for you, I will be sharing your comments with the proper team for further review. Reports and feedback such as this help us improve the game for all players and I appreciate you sharing your experiences with me.

Mandie sorry to hear that you paid full price for it, but somewhat glad that it is not just me that cant access the discount. Hopefully you should be able to open a case and get the 50% discount refunded. If I look at the US PS store the discount is immediately showing. I spent over 2 hours in online chat with UK PlayStation support today, they did not even seem to know that the discount exists despite it being clearly stated in the information of the PS5 version store listing. I had to send screenshots to prove it exists. They have sent my query to the engineers and I should hear in a few days. I have decided not to buy the games again, I already have the PS3 digital, and PS4 digital and physical versions. By all accounts the PS5 version is no better than the Ps4 one any way. My advice to any potential purchasers is buy a 2nd hand PS4 physical copy from auction site for about £5 and play that on your PS5. The only reason I can see to get the ps5 version is to earn more trophies, if that matters to you.
