Girls Frontline got banned in China over something dumb that I didn't really understand, and it's a Chinese game. They had to move, and they were lucky to have the resources to.

Because of this specific scenario, I have a hard time caring about what any Chinese people say about video games. If I were making a platform, I would just ban China and save myself the headache. Individually, I'm sure they are fine, but even 0.1% of a billion is enough to cause a headache not worth dealing with. Gacha games and vtubers seem to be a common victim of the Chinese hyper-nationalist zealots. I've also seen some in random news articles like this one. Good luck out there
