Okay, so you're right about tier 4 - I was wrong. And yes, you can only do that late game. But, you DO get the sword as is, mid game... I'm at least right about that!

Radzigs sword is not the most powerful in the game, nor can it only be got in the late game. You get it when leaving the first map so mid, to early mid at best. Did you even play the game?
