New One Piece Cards Confirm Zoro's New Haki

I feel like sanji should get conquers haki but that's it only the rigth and left hand men of luffy should have such an op ability. Either way I think all the straw hats should have haki both observational and armament, because some random people from the Navy have haki while the main characters don't.
