I believe it’s possible. Half-Life 2 was used to launch Valve’s digital distribution platform Steam, Half-Life 3 could be used to launch Valve’s rumored SteamBox 2.

Sony Teases New PS Portal Features
I have the Portal and it is pretty freaking sweet. I have fast wifi in my house and my PS5 is connected via gigabit LAN to my NID/Wifi router. It works pretty well but it’s better for games that don’t require fast twitch response. There is some lag and that’s always a drag but it’s playable on my setup. I look forward to its functionality expanding in the future.
