‘This Goes Against What They Established in Season 1’: The Last of Us Season 2 Alters the Game’s Timeline Leaving Fans Confused

The people making the show never played the second game at least most of them didn't. They've also said they're not going to worry about concentrating on building the story as it was made they're going to focus on character drama which means they're going to ruin The story even for the people that didn't play the video game.
