Well, kinda want more evidence. Let's be real, Telling an inappropriate joke to a 17 year old is extremely far removed from sexting a minor, one is just in bad taste the other is horrific and criminal.. If what he said about the situation is true, and three different agencies refused to press charges or investigate further, not really sure how you can claim he's guilty, when the only thing that says other wise is based off of one disgruntled ex-employees word, especially given he spilled these beans to sell tickets to his own show. Again if he is to be believed, twitch might be the one treading the line of illegality if they really coerced the 17 year old to file a false report they didn't want to based on a joke. This would actually explain why the NDA was so strict. Unfortunately, until twitch makes a statement, or if the now 20 -something year old makes a public statement, or if a FOIA could be done to get details, we will probably never know for sure the truth of the matter.
