Yeah this tier list might be accurate for just pure damage numbers but doesn't consider the fun aspect at all. Amon's axes and rocket punch are some of the most fun I've had in any borderlands game, where as Harlowe's unstable pocket thing does huge damage but isn't that fun to use. Best balance of fun and stats is vex with incarnate but I still prefer Amon's axes
