Black Panther left a SON...cast the SON!!! T'Cha****(yes I have named him already)...comes of age, mom narrates him thru T'Challa's life (backstory), T'Cha**** then takes up the mantel and moves the BP story forward.

Don't recast Boseman's character...now that would be the ultimate memoriam to his BP work. He owns that character...PAID IN FULL!
