CDPR pretend like the male V they marketed the game with to high heaven doesn't exist since they botched the launch. Female V is their rebrand for the "fixed" game.
I'd be impressed if they got either voice actor to read lines for this DLC.
Any other character from game other than Keanu wouldn't be recognized, not even from the anime series despite certain people exclusively having interest in that format, apart from even playing the game.
