If you go back and read the patch notes from before season 6 you'll see that the pit was only intended on being level 100 but they had to add the extra $50 back in because they left the broken spirit born class which was able to smash through pit level 100s to easily so if your build is doing anything pit level 100 or better you're at the top end of the intended leveling scheme as it was never meant to be pit 150 after the stat squash between season 5 and season 6
