The real problem is they poorly excuted communication at the end of the beta. There was no patches, characters or just dev thoughts what is going on. People who say this should be a AA price game is silly. It is more of company fault with character acquisition for new players and pricing on stuff. Also they did not listen to the player base and try to please them to a point.
