There are more Kao Toa in act 2 and a back entrance into the morgue. Look past the statue and two graves by the entrance to the mausoleum where Raphael makes an appearance, there is a path a wooden bridge and at the end a craggy rock go down the rock you will see a fishermans hut, ignore it for the moment stick close to the wall and follow it around until you see an hidden entrance go in and you are in a cave below the morgue jump across the gap to get a chest with the fleshmelter cloak.(if you are going to do second jump make sure to save first it will take you to the morgue) alternatively return to the hut you past I smashed the broken side theres a note on the floor read it and attack it, you are then ambushed by a hoard of Kao toa there's some nice loot to have and a chest at the rear of the hut.
