Only thing I would change is 1 and 2 to swap and be Acheron first and Welt second or make them equal.

Because we don't know enough about both characters, and also because Welt recognized her power, emanators/pathstriders of the order couldn't hold her in the dream, and she is an Emanator who should exist.

I would say we don't know enough of Welt Yang's lingering power (it was never confirmed to be all still the same as Honkai 3rd, I believe it may be a bit weakened). That why I would just say this for now.
