Rebecca Solo leveling wasn't a Good anime it was mediocre. The only useful character is the entire series was the MC himself. He's the only one with a backstory and a life. The others just appear so the anime wouldn't look empty. The only reason the novel got so much attention is because it portrayed the system pattern level up well.

Chinese animation has always been better than Japanese anime. Access to Chinese animation just got easier this year that's why it got popular. Chinese animation already have better storylines than any Japanese anime will ever have. Lord of the mysteries is Chinese, To be Hero X is also Chinese and for your information To be Hero X is a 100 times better than MHA. MHA season 1 is trash compared to to be hero X season 1. MHA contained stupid contents till season 5 or 6 I think. That's was where MHA started getting interesting.
