This is what I'd like to see:

more customisation of your character, like hairstyles and clothing.

More people on the street, maybe tourists who can be scammed as one time clients.

Possibility to actually manage the activities you buy (thus restructuring the money laundering cycle)

having an actual cartel base and more options to act against them.

That said, one can only compliment Tyler for his amazing work.
