Erm... Voyager should be on this list. The only ship to get Borg upgrades and Delta Quadrant stuff, as well as legitimately go up against the Borg and survive (defeat them, sure it was Janeway and Seven but the ship itself was in a league of it's own). The others don't even come close, the Enterprise is chicken feed in comparison. The Excelsior is middling at best.
