While I will probably try it, I don’t have much faith in NCSoft doing the franchise justice. For one thing they are notorious for micro transactions in their games. I despise pay to win games.

Outlaws was a decent game. I do not regret spending the money for it. I even pre-ordered it and did not request a refund. I think one of the big problems was calling it an "open world game" but forcing you to mostly follow along a predetermined path anyway. Another was not being able to create your own character for the game. While I do not mind playing through the game as a female character, many other people do mind.

I never made it past the Wind tower in the game. After probably 150 attempts and 2 different restarts of the whole game I gave up. There needed to be an "old people with no reflexes" way to bypass it or make it much easier.
