Yeah, and so are almost all the rest mentioned, including One Piece. A close contender for better anime would be FMAB, Monster and Vinland Saga, but the ratings don't even imply that's the case. AOT is the highest rated anime on IMDB, and surprisingly also the most review-bomb.
Koushik you're basically in every comment in this post, Glazing One Piece and hating on AOT in the process. What you don't understand is that saying One Piece is better than AOT is more of a subjective opinion than saying otherwise. You will hardly find an official anime rating of One piece having a higher score than AOT. So stop going on about your dumb opinion like it's a fact
