Pennywise is no servant of the Crimson King, and certainly not lesser. In fact, Pennywise may be the Crimson Queen who predates and possibly birthed the Crimson King. They definitely do not get a long - Pennywise has eaten other entities that have gone into It's space and isn't capable of diplomacy.
