More nations in North America. Europe has so many civilizations, but even with all the added content recently, there's what, 5 civilizations in North America? It would be good to add more Native American civilizations, like the Chinook as traders with bonuses from fishing and woods; the Mississippi Mound Builders as a cultural/faith civ centered on rivers; the Inuit thriving in tundra and snow, the Anasazi building things in the desert, that sort of thing.
