I actually went down the consumer rights route for my money back on 2042 due to EA's false advertising and constant push backs.
Then went down the ombudsman route to have my account reinstated after they tried to ban me because I went to consumer rights.
There were hundreds of others like me who were treated like criminals for wanting to hold EA to a higher standard.
EA is a hollow shell of the company it used to be, if you like football they've got FIFA, otherwise they don't have much to offer and definitely want be getting a penny of my money again.
