This tread already messed up and listed a gun as something for a permanent unlock. If you have a blueprint for a weapon it is permanently unlocked, also weapons get nerved, so who's to say the AS VAL will always be good. Do not permanently unlock guns, either wait for a blueprint, or just level up to the weapon and don't prestige for a bit.
