I did the same upgrade.... I have no lag issues with video. I like the 10 pro XL very much... The photography on the phone is amazing. I have not played any games yet but I'm sure they are fire on here. The only thing I regret is buying the pixel snap phone case. Thin and slippery. My wife got an Amazon knock off for a quarter of the price and it is better than mine.
