I bought this game at a sweet time so that my first play through was a 100% spoiler free Honor mode playthrough. It took me eleven tries to get out of act 1 because I refused to long rest. Once I did, a friend of mine who had previously played finally convinced me it was safe to do so. I still have yet to ever side with the emperor during any playthrough. I just really don't like him.
