One of my biggest regrets and mistakes was to (accidentally) scrap a cremator with quad ammo cap plus 15% reload speed and -90% wep weight reducation legendary effects. I lucked out obtaining this wep by using several different luck perk boosters before Bethesda made changes to the legendary perk system which I really do not like. Second awesome wep for my commando build was the Tesla wep with Quad ammo perk, +2 perception and 50% slower wep breakdown legendary effects. That said, I also enjoy using my silenced handmade with quad ammo cap + 20% more exploding bullet area damage and something else. With the right perks this handmade actually kills most enemies within a few shots.
