I don't know what manga this creator was reading. Boruto has already mastered his Karma, along with every juteu that he would have ever learned, thanks to Kashin Koji. He just cut a deal with Momoshiki for the death of the leader of the bad guys, so he's not going to be learning jack from Momoshiki.
