First and foremost RIP Aliyah and an honorable mention to Selma but idt she should be on this list as her character was never developed at all (which can be said for over half the list) so that only leaves Selene - if they wanted to do a character intro though Mina from the LOEG would be the best kickoff - I will add I'm an anime lover as well so you could expand this list as alot of those characters have been developed as far as anime goes - I mean the Castlevania franchise alone's got some bad lady vamps!
