Oh, Rimuru is definitely one of the most powerful characters in isekai, and there was very little separating 2-4. Rimuru is extremely OP, but there are at least a handful of characters who are around their level in the anime. In comparison, Yumiella and Flio are just light-years ahead of anyone within their universes (at least, going by the anime adaptations).

And yeah, this article is based solely on the anime, as taking into account the light novels/manga would complicate things a bit too much since they are so much further ahead, story-wise.
