One Piece: Oda Officially Confirms A Yonko Level Marine

This guy is scary to say the least. I haven't read the manga, but from what I saw I the Paramount War arc I understand the bounty. He is tenacious and underhanded, using any means necessary to achieve his goal. Shanks must have some serious chops if he can make him take pause. Can't wait to see how things go!

I think someone was close to this type-Big Mom's son that Luffy fought at Whole Cake. He had strong Haki and confounded Luffy for a while.
