JJK is a great anime, but it's just typical Shonen fare. It's not materially different in concept than Demon Slayer or MHA, just in aesthetic. Frieren is something materially different: introspective and philosophic without being boring.

Why Solo Leveling Might Age Better Than Frieren
I don't know that I agree that an anime can be both simpler and more rewatchable. I watched both series with an open mind from beginning to end, and I watched Frieren three times with longing and I only needed to watch Solo Leveling once to get what I needed from it. SL isn't terrible or anything, it's pretty standard pop shonen fare, but it really isn't anything unique among other titles. Frieren is pretty university accepted to be something novel, even among critics who didn't appreciate the pacing and contemplative story.
