For me it has to be Astro's Pla6room since it was literally created to showcase what the PS5 and controller can do and not only that it is one of the best platformer games of all time and my personal favorite.

Very under rated game in my opinion. I spent so many hours playing Dante's Inferno but unfortunately not enough other people did. If I remember correctly there was supposed to be DLC but even that didn't happen. At the least it would be lovely to get a remake but I hope they make a 2nd game eventually.

It makes sense that they REALLY want the game to come out this year as it will most likely be the next best selling game of all time and generate them billions of dollars so if I were them I'd be absolutely pushing everyone to make sure the game is complete and ready to go in the next few months.
