Boruto got the will of the otsusuki and himawari came out basically a human tailed beast. It's possible that because Sasuke had six paths when he made her, she could awaken the eternal like indra without replacing eyes. Just my opinion

Why does the author act like we just have a lot of rinnegan users to begin with. 3 of the ones in Naruto was all on persons eyes. And even with hashirama cells Obito couldn't use both of Madaras. Sasuke choose to fight Naruto, thus losing his arm and the power sealed within. Madara literally had to steal power to awaken it to begin with. And the author of this article thinks it's done for. Imo it's highly likely that since the head of the shinju is trying to understand love, it will cause them to get feelings as we've already seen one act with emotions. Sarada will likely get Sasukes clone's rinnegan after he sacrifices himself to save her from a bigger threat. And even if all that wasn't the case, the eye may not be the source but the karma has most of the rinnegan powers plus implied to be able to revive without the user dying on top of all the millinia of the otsusukis battle experience. Boruto manga is great. One day it will be highly appreciated. And honestly Americans just hate change. Boruto is popular in Japan and the cannon story has just been off the hook either way.
