The writer of JJK himself said that Gojo is no where NEAR Kakashi's level. In deep respects for the writer of Naruto, The writer of JJK made characters and dynamics heavily inspired from Naruto characters. I don't know where to find it, but just search up the interview of the JJK writer and you will see he did in fact say that Gojo caNOT defeat Kakashi. Especially because Naruto is a top anime, containing the most powerful characters. Common characters can solo the JJK verse, meaning Kakashi; a powerful and skilled ninja could easily defeat Gojo.
