Same thing happened with my one from EbGames (Owned by GameStop). The store had damaged it and when contacting customer service and they said to return it for a refund.

So I asked, because they can’t take care of their preorders, I either miss out on the product or have to pay more and by from a scalper, or pay full price for a damaged item. I got a, “well, we can’t do anything about it”. How about covering the repair cost?
