Totally agree, that's an awesome upside to the skin and I love that they've embraced that part of his character. NetEase will almost definitely agree, and I hope the skins it chooses feel tasteful and not forced, but this Loki skin is definitely special and something worth celebrating!

I actually had no idea they added Stamina! Was going off the Steam page, that’s good to know. Haven’t had a chance to try the beta so I’m super excited to try the game when it comes out. Really glad to hear there’s a lot to do! Making a nice house will be my top priority like it always is in cozy games lol.

I love both games and play them equally, actually. I've written about ways that Rivals has outdone Overwatch as well, such as the Halloween events. It's important to be critical of the things you love if you want them to be better, and I do think that Rivals balancing/hero variety could nosedive if it keeps dropping heroes at its current pace

Definitely agree with the notion that it doesn’t seem like DICE can win no matter what it does lol. I’d argue that there is a difference between big and empty maps like 2042 and well-designed large maps like Caspian Border, which is probably where the argument stems from for those who actually want large maps and aren’t just complaining.

At the end of the day, I’d love to see a healthy balance each season so all players get something that caters to them, but even then there’d probably still be a lot of negativity. People just loooove to complain nowadays instead of putting that energy into what they love.

I definitely agree with the idea that Reddit and gamers in general tend to be overly negative and complain about everything. I’d also say that the ideal map sizes are Liberation and Firestorm. Personally I’d hate a switch to just big maps, and I’m hoping future additions are either those sizes or we get a healthy mix of sizes every season.

I’m pretty content with the map lineup myself, I just hope BF Studios comes out and says definitely what the plans are for future maps in the near future to hopefully end all the complaining (though I doubt that’ll ever happen lol)

Completely agree! All the criticism after launch was deserved, but it’s frustrating to see people who haven’t touched it in years continue to bash it as if it’s in the same state it used to be. OW2 is an incredible game now, and its improvements this year especially should really be celebrated.

This is more about our living situation! She lives in a different country, so we’re in the process of getting a visa sorted so I can move out and live with her permanently instead of just visiting for a few months a year. Until then, online multiplayer stuff is a must, so Rene would be a big help

Would love it if Overwatch 2 went in this direction with its story, so long as they eventually circle back to Ramattra's uprising down the road. A follow-up on Sombra's conspiracy is sooo overdue!

Don’t get me wrong, The Sims 4 can and should do better with male customization options. But in comparison to Dress to Impress, even The Sims 4’s lineup of choices is way, way deeper. DTI is especially bad with it.

That’s such a great point! So much DLC would need to be given up. Making Sims 4 “feel new” through updates like graphics overhauls could be a solid compromise, then keep experimenting with spin-offs and Rene. Glad to see someone else excited since there’s so much negativity around the project!

I completely agree with everything you said here! Moira makes so much more sense as the starter support. There's really no hero like Mercy, so it makes sense that some players are only good at playing her. Would love to see them add value to her kit and position Moira as the beginner character, rewarding player skill through whatever change they make to Mercy.

People just find her annoying and hard to deal with! A lot of players don't know how to counter her and peel to protect her targets. She's banned in 90% of the games I play. I really feel for the Sombra mains lol.

Definitely been mourning most Overwatch 2 patches, yes lol. Mercy is long overdue an update. And while it’s true that there are valid reasons to ban Mercy, like players using damage boosts to help smurfs or cheaters climb, more often than not I’m not seeing her banned for valid reasons like that. It tends to be the toxic players on the team banning her for being “a bad hero pick” and wanting a different support on their team in my experience, though that could be tied to my rank, as I’m usually around Diamond and not seeing people use the ban phase effectively.

That's awesome that it's been inspired/tested through Honkai mini-games, cool to kind of be able to see the build-up to it. And yeah, it's definitely possible to get into a big evolving game late. I just did it with Fallout 76 after putting it off for ages and I'm glad I did. Honkai or Genshin definitely might be next in line for me!

Really appreciate it! I did find one last night through the spooky treat bags thankfully. It’s a bit loose-fitting, not quite as perfect of a match as the one that normally goes with the spacesuit, but it’s done the job until I can get my hands on the real deal.
